Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on used items.
However if there’s any issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—typically with a free replacement or store credit.

Damages, Misprints, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 14 days with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the packing slip

We’ll review and send a replacement at no cost (or offer store credit).

Sizing / Changed Mind / Not as Expected

We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues on custom, made-to-order products. However, we want you to love your purchase—reach out and we’ll work with you!

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom / personalized / made-to-order products that have been used or damaged after the 14 day return window

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked final sale

Note: We generally do not require returns. If we ever need an item sent back for review, we’ll provide a prepaid label and instructions. Please don’t mail anything to us without contacting support first.

How to Report an Issue

Email melody@melodyspetboutique.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if applicable. We’ll respond with next steps (replacement or store credit).

Refunds

Most resolutions are replacement or store credit. If a refund is approved in special cases, it will be sent to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer.
